Hello,
let's meet!
I am Kinga. Mum of three little rascals - Roszek, Kornelcia and Frank. Wife of Janek, who is behind all the graphic design of our hammocks.

I sewed my first hammock almost five years ago for my first son. But before we developed the spring for rocking up and down, which "does all the work", Rocky grew out of it and used it mainly for playing and sometimes for calming down. This was the most intensive phase of endurance testing - we often curled up in a ball ourselves and jumped into the hammock. When Nelly was born I was finishing my university education, so the development of Kamaki was pushed into the background. However, I didn't give up on my dream of creating hammocks for other parents. Since then I have sewn a few different prototypes and a dozen or so hammocks in their current shape, which we mostly gave to our nearest and dearest for testing. We received feedback that the hammock worked wonderfully, but it wasn't until our third baby was born that we saw for ourselves how it sometimes saved our arms and backs. We are still reminiscing that we hardly know how we managed with our first son, whom we carried in our arms or in a sling all day long, and Frank appeared to be an equally demanding baby.

This gave us great motivation to keep going and this time, half a year after Franek's birth, we are ready to present Kamaki to all parents and their tired backs.

Have a warm coffee to the peaceful rhythm of rocking the baby.
